What we collect and why
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your organisation, phone number and the content of your message. We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who receives your data
Messages are delivered by email through Resend, Inc., which acts as our processor. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Both may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless we start working together, in which case contract records follow the applicable retention rules.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
